HICOR Marine Fenders are designed after thorough analysis of the project’s berthing energy, allowable reaction force, tidal difference and fender interval.
The rubber material used in HICOR Marine Fenders is called HIFLEX, a specially formulated compound that provides very good resiliency and resistance to weather and ageing.
The manufacturing process is a patented molding technology from Japan, which assures consistent quality.

Before delivery, each HICOR Marine Fender is subjected to Digital Compression Tests to ensure that specified energy absorption and reaction force curve are attained.
